[013] Leasing Planning Executive Hot

• Suggest ideas in drafting merchandise plan, rental income plan and major tenant introduction policy based on marketing analysis/regional commercial area characteristics for upcoming shopping malls
• Following assigned tasks in drafting/planning business procedures, policies and standards related to collecting, surveying and introducing tenant information
• Analysis current malls, propose plan to improve business
• Updating retail market, especially analysis competitor
• Support in developing new business model with new & existing tenants
• Leasing planning tasks following the content of Property Management Contract. (Drafting merchandise plan and rental income plan)
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields. Leasing, Real Estate or Business Development experience is preferred.
• Good at Data Analyzing, Planning Organizing, Leadership and Team coordination. Be honest and careful.
