[017] Leasing Admin Officer

WHAT YOU DO

  • Draft and check contract and related documents for Leasing (notification, annex, tenant agreement…).
  • Admin tasks: File documents, order stationery, prepare team’s monthly roster, make business travel application, taxi record.
  • Make report as required about traffic, rent budget, sales & rent report, weekly report, meeting minutes…
  • Work internal in team & with other departments; work external with agency and tenants (if any).
  • Make leasing form, leasing procedure, RFA (Request For Approval) form…
  • Follow and control leasing documents.
  • Study brands’ and tenants’ business.
  • Input and summarize data by Excel.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor degree.
  • At least 1 year of working experience required, Administration, Planning or related fields experience are preferred.
  • Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
  • Good at Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Be careful and willing to work with documents/ paperwork.
