• Be responsible for advertising space leasing (negotiation, follow contract, payment, execution…) to achieve rent target.
• Cooperate with others department to follow and support tenants/ agency during leasing period.
• Manage advertising schedule in mall via system and coordination with partners.
• Be responsible for any problem related to advertising devices/ tools during daily operation.
• Support others members to follow event space leasing and others (if any).
• Conduct survey periodically to gain awareness/ update market trend.
• Pro-active seeking potential customers for advertising leasing, Create and record list of potential partners.
• Make monthly/ quarterly/ yearly report.
• Support marketing team as a member during campaign/ event (if any).
• Other tasks as assigned.
