WHAT YOU DO
  • Handle administration tasks for Sales & MKT team such as: contracts, notification, annex, tenant agreement, payments…
  • Be responsible to summary and coordinate with team members to complete annual report, survey report, analysis report, traffic report, rent budget, sales & rent report…
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to book meeting room, making team’s roster, arrange team schedule for joining training & survey, arrange file documents, order stationery…
  • Be responsible for legal matter like registering DOIT, RFA (Request For Approval) form, E-doc…
  • Support team members in daily patrol, check tenants/event/ campaign…
  • Follow and control documents of S&M team.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
  • Bachelor degree.
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Be careful & accurate, have good team-work & analysis skill.
  • Willing to work in shift & to work at Aeon Mall Tan Phu Celadon.
