WHAT YOU DO

  • Manage office equipment like stationary, printer, postage system… and office facility in good condition.
  • Ensure all tenants strictly follow regulations and procedures of Shopping Mall such as violation, insurance…
  • Be responsible for data of all tenant staffs, customer traffic.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to organize tenant meeting, store manager meeting, and other meetings as assigned.
  • Do paperwork for office (request for approval, payment, monthly duty roster…) and for tenant management (announcement to tenant).
  • Be responsible for customer support such as informing about basic information in shopping mall.
  • Prepare periodical reports as required from supervisor.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Have 1 – 2 years of working experience in Administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Be willing to work in shift & to work at Aeon Mall Tan Phu Celadon.
