WHAT YOU DO
- Technical system management and maintenance standard management
- Safety building standard management
- Risk management in building’s operation
- Life cycle control and life cycle standard management
- ECO management in operation
- Saving energy management
- Manage service quality of partners (ADV or out source,…) in operation management
- Increase, upgrade quality of building operation management by proposal
- Control & review quotation of partners, suppliers from all malls if necessary
- Support technical advices for all operation teams to solve serious problems or important cases
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor degree.
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience or background is required, preferably knowledge and experience about technical system management of big building as assistant to chief engineer, property management or building management.
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have team-work spirit.
