WHAT YOU DO
- Survey catchment area, competitors, retail market.
- Preparing presentation, looking for potential tenants, set up meetings.
- Making LOO, TA, reports, etc.
- Meeting with tenants and negotiate to close deals.
- Follow up with tenants during fit-out period to assure opening date. Coordinate with related departments to solve tenants’ problem when needed.
- Make analysis of tenants’ business (sales/ rent) in current malls.
- Well manage Leasing Database and do other tasks as ordered by leaders.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor degree.
- Fresher is acceptable. Sales experience and relevant education background is preferred.
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good team-work skill.
