WHAT YOU DO
- Draft and check contract and related documents for Leasing (notification, annex, tenant agreement…).
- Follow and control leasing documents
- Input and summarize data by Excel, Make report as required about traffic, rent budget, sales & rent report, weekly report, meeting minutes, …
- Work internal in team & with other departments; work external with agency and tenants (if any) to collect necessary information
- Make leasing form, leasing procedure, RFA (Request For Approval) form, …
- Admin tasks: File documents, order stationery, prepare team’s monthly roster, make business travel application, taxi record,…
- Study leasing field, which supporting for admin task, example: brands’ and tenants’ business,…
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 1 year of working experience required. Have experience in Administration, Sales support or related fields is preferred.
- Good oral and written communication in English & Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Be careful and willing to work with documents/ paperwork.
