WHAT YOU DO
- Carry out assigned tasks to build new Shopping Malls or renovate existing Shopping Malls (i.e. managing documents, schedule, contracts…).
- Process e-Document system (contract review, RFA, RFC…).
- Ensure that all project documents meet agreed requirements, budgets, and/ or timeline.
- Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Leasing, Development, Operation, Legal, Finance & Accounting, Administration…) with paperwork issues related to construction (contract, addendum…).
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor degree, any fields.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in Administration. Construction-related experience is an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Have planning and organizing skill, have good teamwork spirit.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
