WHAT YOU DO
- To support all works related to Sales & Marketing of all Malls including collecting reports, combining and preparing meeting contents based on Manager requests and guidelines to ensure the smooth operation;
- To keep track of Renovation/Replacement of all Malls including changing tenants, replacement candidates, the timeline for big tenants/groups,…to submit timely reports to Managers;
- SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) action:
– Lead 2 SDG of the Year with unify all Shopping Center (SC) follow
– Collect monthly SDG activities of SCs; - Able to make General plans for Big promotions and unify for All SCs follow;
- Maintain AEON MALL (AM) – AEON Vietnam (AVN) cooperation, follow up Cooperation events between AM and AVN such as Big Sales event, Double day event…, manage tasks agreed and processed between AM and AVN;
- Support South Management and North Management Department to maintain a relationship with tenants by providing support in terms of rental, Sales and Marketing matters;
- Positive to catch up Social events such as Sea Games, World Cup… and propose Unify respond to all SCs;
- Contribute to Department target about training and SC’s contest such as Executive training, Roleplay contest, Best Practice contest;
- Other tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, in any field;
- Candidates having 1-3 year-experience are preferred.
- Can communicate in English;
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Good teamwork and communication.
