WHAT YOU DO
- Collecting & summary data from all Malls such as weekly & monthly incident – garbage management – monthly energy – cleaning result and update as weekly to all team
- Collecting & compare the Life-Circle-Cost monthly plan compare to yearly plan each Mall
- Updating data for Life-Circle-Cost tool as new regulation & new items follow to Mall investment month by month
- Preparing material for monthly meeting and yearly meeting as task :
– Mall monthly meeting
– Mall management monthly checking - Document prepare as Request For Approval, Supplier Contract and File Management.
- Monthly checking Facility at 3 North Mall & give evaluation & propose improvement
- Join the ISO committee and follow the internal ISO Audit.
- Other tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, any majors;
- Having 1-2 years of work experience in building management, building technical management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially MS Word).
- Be careful and have teamwork spirit.
