JOB SUMMARY

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Administration Officer in AEON MALL Him Lam.

+ Work location: AEON MALL Him Lam office at 2nd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

+ Working time: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM, Monday – Friday
+ Report to: Administration Senior Executive/ General Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Prepare and maintain general flow and execution of administrative processes
  2. Manage all types of contracts, document, file system and financial reports, etc.
  3. Oversee and execute administrative support for shopping mall office
  4. Support General Manager in all areas of administrative activities and reports
  5. Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  1. Bachelor degree, any fields.
  2. Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage. Fresh candidates are also acceptable and trained.
  3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
  4. Have a good teamwork spirit and customer focus mindset.
  5. Be careful and good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Be willing to work with documents.
