WHAT YOU DO
- Responsible for tenants sales to achieve tenants category sales budget. (25%)
- Maintain tenants standard services, performance & revenue to follow company policy. (20%)
- Discuss frequently with tenants to understand their business to provide timely support.(15%)
- Provide initiative to boost sales effectively with appropriate timing. (15%)
- Patrol and check tenants frequently to improve customer service and have new ideas for improvement(10%)
- Supervise the preparation, delivery of sales materials and promotion programs. (5%)
- Make weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly Sales reports to management accurately and timely. (5%)
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager/Deputy Manager. (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree;
- 3 – 4 years of working experience is required for this position
- Good at English
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good teamwork skill and supporting spirit
- Willing to work in shift (1 – 2 C shifts from 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM per week; 2 OFF days on average per week, not fixed on weekends; some shifts on public holidays).
