WHAT YOU DO
- Update tenant data regularly: staff info, entrance card, contact, authorized signature, … and prepare official notifications (15%);
- Manage tenant staff cards and handover procedures (10%);
- In charge of tenant’s violations to ensure their compliance with the Tenant Rule Book (10%);
- Keep tracking tenant insurance to maintain shopping mall safety (10%);
- Daily coordinate with the Operation team to ensure smooth operation: handling incoming calls, support general Q&A at reception and via phone,… (10%);
- Do purchasing & monthly payment for essential office supplies & services: stationeries, phone, internet, water, car,… (10%);
- Maintain the office asset in good condition: desk, chair, printer, and meeting room,…, manage AEON Hall (10%);
- Organize the annual and periodic meetings: Store Manager Meeting, GM Meeting, Owner Meeting,… (10%);
- Support other teams as assigned: summary roster/ meeting material, collect HR documents, prepare birthday party, register company events/ training,… (10%);
- Other tasks as assigned (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, in any field;
- Candidates who have 1 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field are preferred;
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
- Have a good teamwork and customer focus mindset;
- Be careful and good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am – 5:30 pm – shift C 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Average 01-02 shift C/per week).
