2020 Excellent Performance Award: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Anh

Going through 2020 filled with ups and downs, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Anh has proven her ability through the process of renovating the Food court area of AEON MALL Long Bien. Ms. Thuy Anh and her colleagues have proposed, prepared, and implemented the plan effectively and professionally. In addition, she also plays an important role in the process of negotiating with old tenants, searching for new tenants, in order to ensure the operation of the shopping mall and achieve company’s business goals.

What did you enjoy the most while working at AEONMALL Vietnam?

The working atmosphere at AEON MALL is must-mentioned thing for me. It brings me daily motivation to contribute to the company’s success. Furthermore, the way Board of Director motivates and instructs me and all employees is very inspiring. It leads my team and me to go in the most suitable way which matches with company’s strategies, development plans and general values.

What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?

We all know that the COVID-19 pandemic is such an obstacle for everyone. Regarding AEON MALL Long Bien in particular, the pandemic has left huge consequences. My teammates and I had to work to coordinate, sympathize and persuade the tenants of the shopping mall when facing financial difficulties. In the meantime, we also have to make efforts to find suitable tenants, with the aim of ensuring the efficient operation of the shopping mall and bring revenues to the company.

What has been your most memorable work results at AEONMALL Vietnam since the beginning?

I suppose it was the time when I was named as one of the 2020 Employee of the Year by the Board of Directors. This award is the result of many efforts from the very beginning of my career at AEONMALL Vietnam. And this is also a great motivation for me to strive to further development of myself in the future.

What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?

Particular saying, the renovation period of AEON MALL Long Bien has brought many experiences more than I expected. I have learnt to prepare schedules, budgets and deal with the timelines and tenants. My soft skills (communication, negotiation, time management) are also upgraded during this time.

What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?

Firstly, I wish to join new challenges in new projects in the next three years to dedicate my own experiences. Secondly, my target is to become a valuable key position at AEONMALL Vietnam by showing up motivation, contribution, competencies, and morality during my time here.
