- How does it feel to receive the company award for excellent employee?
I appreciate that the company has recognized me and my work. This is truly an honor for me and it will motivate me to achieve more success in the future. Moreover, it will always be a reminder of all the hard work that we all have put into, especially when we have to face with the pandemic and focus on the mall’s renovation at the same time.
- How have you grown in your professional competencies or personal effectiveness during working at AEONMALL Vietnam ?
I feel very thankful during working AEONMALL Vietnam. Nearly 5 years has flown by, I’ve attended many training courses organized by the company and received the strong support from my colleagues, partners… They all help me to become more skillful and enhance my expertise day by day.
- What do you consider as your “best work” in the first 6 months of this year? And what motivated you with your work? How did you accomplish that work ?
Negotiating with tenants during the pandemic is really a big challenge for me. I have to demonstrate timely support and make sure tenants satisfied when working with AEON MALL. Fortunately, my colleagues motivate me a lot and we become a cooperative and supportive team. I think the connection between us is one of the factors helps us fulfill our missions and overcome any obstacles.
- What has been your biggest challenge while working at AEONMALL Vietnam ?
To be honest, Covid-19 has been the most difficult period not only for me but also for the company and our partners. The process of negotiating and convincing tenants following the mall’s renovation is not easy. Additionally, the social distancing and lock down nationwide made us face with many obstacles while processing paperwork with partners.
- Being the recipient of company award, what would you share with other colleagues from your experience ?
Make sure you understand the company’s culture. If you are familiar with the values of the company, you could demonstrate your work effectively.
- What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?
Gaining more experience and knowledge and making great contribution to the company are my targets. Now AEON MALL is expanding, this is my pleasure to play a part to develop AEON MALL Vietnam on the way to be the best shopping mall developer in Vietnam. Working together and seeing such wonderful results is extraordinarily amazing!
