2020 Excellent Performance Award: Mr. Doan Tan Kha

Mr. Doan Tan Kha has been well-cooperated with Store Managers to guide them how to manage proper AEON MALL’s facilities and tenants' facilities. He arranged clear schedule to check and follow up any defects or inconvenience for the operation. Mr. Kha also immediately took action when finding un-usual matters and co-operate with related people or sections to solve the problem as fast as possible.

What did you enjoy the most while working at AEONMALL Vietnam?

I enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive from not only my managers but also the colleagues I have been working with. Heartfelt thanks make me want to truly improve my attitude and my productivity.

What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?

At SC Department, my tasks require you need to be good at the engineering skills. Sometimes the most challenging thing is unexpected tasks, and it may be a big challenge if you’ve been never assigned before. However, I always believe that challenge is a great way to implement my knowledge, improve my skills as well as gain experiences.

What has been your most memorable work results at AEONMALL Vietnam since the beginning?

In the past year, there was some changes in term of my team and department. During this time, I was handed over to manage some important projects. With my previous experience and problem-solving skill, I support my manager to push the projects forward. Our team was able to complete this project successfully and on deadline. This is my most memorable result since working at AEON MALL.

What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?

For over two years working at AEONMALL Vietnam, I have received huge appreciation from my manager. Besides, AEON MALL also give much support for employees such as providing many training courses every year which I can learn so many new things and apply to my working process.

What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?

In the next 3 years, I will push myself to complete all assigned tasks effectively, learn better working methods; contribute more ideas to improve and operate shopping malls’ safety system; and last but not least, try to be the best at any position while working at AEONMALL Vietnam.
