Although I only have been working at AEON MALL for nearly 1 year, I will always be impressed by the professional and active working environment. I have the opportunity to adapt new challenge, meet up with many people and thrive to work in many aspects.
- What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?
At AEONMALL, we have to continuously adapt to new changes and new innovations to bring the core value for the company. Being innovative and creative is completely important to us because the demand of customer is raised rapidly as well as the market is convulsed every day. Therefore, in order to meet the expectation, me and my team need to work harder to adapt with any transformation.
- What has been your most memorable work results at AEONMALL Vietnam since the beginning?
In order to achieve the best work result, I assured that we must ensure 100% operation, handle all arising technical problems in the shopping mall without being complained by customers or tenants. Even though this is difficult, me and FS team worked so hard during the year to finally complete the given tasks.
- What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?
Despite the short time working at AEON MALL Vietnam, I have proudly received the affection and trust from colleagues and managers as well as the absolute prestige with partners when committing to anything.
- What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?
In the near future, my target is to continue devoting and working hard to complete my skills and abilities. Then, I will gain more experiences, achievements and acquired skills to reach higher position at AEONMALL Vietnam.
