- What did you enjoy the most while working at AEONMALL Vietnam?
Since the first-time being a customer at AEON MALL Long Bien, I was impressed with the philosophy of AEON MALL as “Customer-First” and would like to be a part of the shopping mall and work with the people who always strive for that. Then I became a member of AEONMALL Vietnam, I enjoyed the way that my colleagues and I have been growing up together and striving for one target – successfully opening AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan.
- What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?
AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan is the most anticipated project and considered as the number 1 shopping mall in Hai Phong city now. To meet the expectation of local and surrounding areas’ citizen, I know that I need to improve myself and set the higher target time by time, so that we can adapt with the development of society and create a mall where provides excitement, fun and lifestyle enhancement to customers.
- What has been your most memorable work results at AEONMALL Vietnam since the beginning?
Every efforts and results of my team during opening period are truly valuable for me. However, my most memorable moment is when I saw the smile of attendees after Tree Planting Ceremony event – the first event in the pre-opening series campaign. I understand that this is a praise of me, my colleagues in AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan and other support teams who tried to work as one and overcome the difficulties during the complicated situation of COVID-19 pandemic, to organize such a meaningful event.
- What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?
I am really appreciated when working at AEON MALL Hai Phong Le Chan, we always open to share the working experiences and knowledge to each other. I have learnt a lot through the sharing and supporting from my colleagues and my managers, which also drives me to develop myself and contribute my effort in building a stronger team
- What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?
I hope that AEONMALL Vietnam would continue to bring the development to the local community and truly be “Life Design Developer” for Hai Phong people, and I look forward to joining in that progress.
