- How does it feel to receive the company award for excellent employee?
It is truly an honor to receive this award from AEONMALL Vietnam. I feel very proud and happy since all of my efforts have been acknowledged and this award will be a huge motivation for me to keep trying and contributing to our company.
- How have you grown in your professional competencies or personal effectiveness during working at AEONMALL Vietnam ?
I had worked at Accounting Team of AEON MALL Binh Duong Canany for 3 years before transferred to Mall Operation Department in the middle of 2020. Thanks to the working experience at a shopping mall, I’ve fully understood the basic savvy of our company business and other related issues, which helped me a lot in my current position. Being transferred to another position also brings me the opportunity to develop my soft skills and build a more professional working behavior.
- What do you consider as your “best work” in the first 6 months of this year? And what motivated you with your work? How did you accomplish that work ?
The first 6 months of this year has been tough. Because of the return of Covid-19, our shopping malls had to cope with many obstacles. In my case, it is important to quickly update and record information in order to calculate and propose the general support scheme for each mall to the Board of Director. So, I think this can be considered as my “best work” so far.
- What has been your biggest challenge while working at AEONMALL Vietnam ?
For me, overcoming my weaknesses can be seen as the biggest challenge. Because I’m quite an introvert person but thanks to the friendly working environment and supportive colleagues, I have gradually become more open-minded and feel more confident than I was before.
- Being the recipient of company award, what would you share with other colleagues from your experience ?
I would like to say “Let’s keep trying and doing things with all your passion and efforts”. I believe that it will be worthy, and you will definitely feel great when you look back to what you have been achieved.
- What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?
For the next 3 years, I will continue to improve myself to become more skillfully and contribute more to our company. Moreover, I hope that AEONMALL Vietnam will soon achieve our goals and become the best No.1 shopping mall developer in Vietnam.
