- How does it feel to receive the company award for excellent employee?
I am so delighted when knowing I am one of the excellent employees in the first 6 months of 2021. I am grateful to receive the support from supervisors and coworkers at AEONMALL Vietnam, as well as the opportunity to develop my abilities from the company.
- How have you grown in your professional competencies or personal effectiveness during working at AEONMALL Vietnam ?
I was a fresh graduate when I first joined AEONMALL Vietnam. But, with the guidance of my colleagues and managers, I have gradually learnt and turned myself into a more professional person so far. I think, self-study is highly recommended at work, but the fastest way to get the job done is to learn from your colleagues. At AEONMALL Vietnam, everyone is very friendly and supportive, they are always willing to share their experiences with you. I feel great to work with the experts of different fields in this organization.
- What do you consider as your “best work” in the first 6 months of this year? And what motivated you with your work? How did you accomplish that work ?
In my opinion, implementing the adjustment to return the tenant’s sales report is the “best work” I have achieved in the first six months of the year. The return of the daily sales report is very important, this task will provide tenants with data to compare with their recorded data. With the normal reporting activity, the amount of paper printed each year is enormous. Therefore, we have researched, tested, and used the online tools to return the report instead.
- What has been your biggest challenge while working at AEONMALL Vietnam ?
Adapting with changes is my biggest challenge while working at AEONMALL Vietnam. As we are a lifestyle developer, we always have to change the way of thinking, update new method to adapt and respond to the fast growth of the community and customers’ requirements.
- Being the recipient of company award, what would you share with other colleagues from your experience ?
“Do your best and you will get what you deserve”. I think it’s important to keep your enthusiasm and responsibilities up in the future work as well. And then all your efforts will be rewarded properly.
- What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?
First and foremost, I wish the pandemic will soon to pass so that we can return to the office and resume our work effectively. Then, I will surely maintain the same level of diligence at work in the forth coming 3 years to grow up with the development path of our company.
