AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AEON MALL) and Viet Phat Group Join Stock
Company (hereinafter referred to as Viet Phat) have exchanged the In-principle agreement on the development of shopping mall at the “Kick-off ceremony of shopping mall and office for lease project in Hiep Hoa ward” on January 10th, 2025.
In 2021, AEON MALL signed a “Memorandum of Understanding on the investment study of AEON MALL
shopping mall in Dong Nai province”, in which the province will strengthen cooperation and provide
comprehensive support for the development of the shopping mall. In the coming time, AEON MALL and Viet Phat will cooperate closely and accelerate the project development process to meet the target of opening a shopping mall in Dong Nai province soon.
Until now, AEONMALL Vietnam has actively invested in shopping malls in urban areas such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In the coming time, the Company aims to promote expansion into regional cities with potential population and economic growth, contribute to local community and economic development through the development and operation of shopping malls.
