AEONMALL Vietnam cooperates with Tetra Pak to launch the Recycling Waste – Protecting the future Festival with the paper box collection program

Responding to World Environment Day, AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. cooperates with Tetra Pak Company, Saigon Paper Joint Stock Company and Polytex Far Eastern Vietnam Co., Ltd. (FEPV) to launch the Recycling Waste – Protecting the future” festival, including the activity of collecting used PET plastic bottles, paper and beverage containers at three AEON MALLs in the south of Vietnam.

Specifically, from 28^th May to 5th June, when visiting collection spots at AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon, AEON MALL Binh Tan in Ho Chi Minh City and AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary in Binh Duong province, customers will experience interesting events and exclusive activity at the festival such as joining the talkshow ” Recycling Waste – Protecting the Future”; exchanging gift boxes; receiving shopping vouchers and directly participating in the activities of collecting used beverage cartons. The paper boxes after collection will be recycled and thoroughly processed by AEON MALL and its partners to be recycled into useful products such as tables, chairs, industrial paper, notebooks, roofing sheets and eco flat sheets…

After the event ends, collection boxes will be permanently placed in the all 3 above mentioned AEON MALLs to encourage proper sorting and recycling waste, in the meantime, raising and spreading awareness of recycling while building sustainable recycling communities.

Regarding the business efforts based on SDGs sustainable development goals, through the cooperation with Tetra Pak on the goal “Recycling waste – Protecting the future”, AEON MALL wishes to share the meaning and value of packaging recycling activity to customers as a commitment to compliance in environmental protection and towards sustainable development in the future.
