Ms. Thanh Tuyen made good result with the new business field of AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon – digital signage. She successfully combined the idea of sponsor package and others advertising tools as well as effort to approach and convince customers.
What is your favorite part about working for AEONMALL Vietnam?
For me, the most favorite thing is the friendly working environment. That makes me feel comfortable, reduce stress with my humorous colleagues who always support me if necessary even we are from different teams or different departments.
What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?
Honestly, working time is the most challenging to me. I don’t work day-time only, but night-time also.
What has been your favorite project at AEONMALL Vietnam since the beginning?
Surely, the expansion project of AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon is my most favorite project. It’s the new motivation for me to try harder in this challenging year. Although we have to face many difficulties during this project but we still work with eagerness and hopefully AEON MALL will become more strongly & more stably developed after finishing this project.

I’ve gained many soft skills such as: communication, negotiation, leadership, and more knowledge related to my position. Especially, working at AEONMALL Vietnam gives me great opportunity to develop myself.
What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?
I want to develop advertising and event space at AEON MALL Tan Phu as the top priority for all partners and of course I want to develop my career path and will be promoted to higher position in the next 2 years.
