JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Support to implement Leasing Planning work in making plans for new and renovation projects which are suitable with AEON MALL’s strategies and up-to-date with market trends; provide needed data and analysis results to superiors accurately and timely to ensure the completion of planning tasks to catch up with the projects’ timelines.
- Work location: HCM Head Office – 15th Floor, LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Report to: Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Implement tasks related to evaluation of target markets through market survey, in-depth analysis and assessment, tenant hearing, customer behavior understanding research; assist with budget, MD, and zoning of new malls. (15%)
- Keep track of market information, new trends, major tenant moves related to assigned categories; evaluate business situation of assigned categories at current malls to propose appropriate improvement suggestions. (15%)
- Assist with making renovation plans for current malls based on studies on business performance and consumer trends, and suggest ideas to maximize business results. (15%)
- Work with outsourced agencies to carry out tasks related to market survey and organizing events including planning, bidding, negotiating, supervising, handling paperwork issues, etc. (10%)
- Update, analyze, and evaluate business performance of assigned current malls regularly and propose solutions to maximize business performance of assigned malls. (10%)
- Maintain and develop good relationships with assigned key tenants; negotiate rental conditions and support to solve problems related to assigned key tenants. (10%)
- Manage and update Leasing Planning’s database regularly and ensure the accuracy of the department’s data source. (10%)
- Train, motivate, and supervise subordinates to ensure that all tasks can be achieved correctly and timely as well as develop their potentials. (10%)
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (5%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in relevant fields (Leasing/ Retail/ Commercial Real Estate).
- Required language(s): English.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good at Data Analyzing, Planning & Organizing, Leadership, and Team Coordination. Be honest and careful.
