JOB SUMMARY

• Main function: Be responsible for surveying, searching for potential areas and preparing documents related to key projects of AEON MALL
• Work location: HCM Head Office -15F LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC
• Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Report to: Team Leader/ Deputy Manager

WHAT YOU DO

• Survey and make catchment map of assigned areas. (10%)
• Support other members to prepare materials to make reports/ proposals to management. (20%)
• Build up database system of retail market, infrastructure development, and economic indexes in company’s strategic areas. (20%)
• Handle department administration tasks on time such as: Request for Approval, Payment requests, etc. (20%)
• File and update candidate sites. (20%)
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisors. (10%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s degree, any major.
• Candidates with 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience are preferred.
• Eager to learn about Shopping Mall development and business.
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Good computer skills (especially Word, PowerPoint).
• Be careful and accurate, good teamwork skill.
