JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Implement the commercial leasing activities for current and new projects; actively make leasing plan and manage sub-team effectively to fill up all vacant areas and carry out rent reviews and lease renewals timely to ensure best profit for company.
  • Work location: Ho Chi Minh Head Office – 15th Floor, LIM 3 Tower, No. 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC
  • Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Report to: Deputy Manager
WHAT YOU DO
  • Take charge of full progress for leasing including tenant/ trade mix review and planning; manage all related leasing activities in sub-team for assigned projects in order to achieve budget and occupancy rate. (20%)
  • Coordinate with all related departments to ensure smooth progress from leasing negotiation until tenants’ opening and to timely solve any arising problems. (20%)
  • Manage and increase database, maintain good relationship with tenants, deeply analyze and fully understand tenants’ business in order to choose the most suitable tenants when leasing. (15%)
  • Analyze performance of current malls, survey competitors, update retail market to propose improvement plans for current malls and new ideas for future mall development. (10%)
  • Check or process (when necessary) all lease documents to ensure timely completion, update leasing reports and schedules. (10%)
  • Timely support required tasks of related teams (Leasing Planning, Leasing Administration) and propose effective procedures, workflows, methods, action plans for general work of Leasing team to ensure smooth operation of the whole department. (10%)
  • Train and manage staff to catch up with all workload smoothly and effectively, enhance staff’s capabilities and teamwork spirit. (10%)
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 4-10 years of working experience in Commercial Leasing/ Business Development/ Retail.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good at leadership, teamwork, and developing subordinates.
  • Good negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Can handle high workload.
