JOB SUMMARY:
- Main function: Support and follow up with tenants at the Shopping Center, analyze tenant’s business to come up with ideas to boost sales and achieve goals; ensure smooth operation.
- Work location: AEON MALL Long Bien, No.27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
- Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; shift C: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm; Average 05-07 shift C/month).
- Report to: Executive/ Deputy Manager.
WHAT TO DO:
- Implement all Sales team paper work: Tenancy Agreement, Service contract, internal approval, document Payment. (25%)
- Update Daily sales report and Compile simple periodic report (weekly, monthly, yearly report). (25%)
- Storage and Manage document reasonably for audit purpose. (20%)
- Manage Sales team assets and Communications tools to maximize support for Tenants. (10%)
- Patrol frequently tenants to provide timely support for smooth daily operation. (10%)
- Other tasks as assigned. (10%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor degree, any fields.
- No experience required. Candidate having 1 – 3 years of working experience in Administration, Sales Admin, Customer service or related fields is an advantage.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Good mindset of customer service.
- Have Data analyzing, Problem solving skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
- Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am – 5:30 pm – shift C 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (Average 01-02 shift C/per week).
