• Monitor digital marketing communication, promotion to promote EC platform (awareness, pull traffic, increase conversion rate, push online sales,…) (20%);
• Make report to analysis customers, market trend, competitors… and cooperate with others related department to improve platform performance. Make periodical reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly….) (15%)
• Follow to brief to pitching advertisement agency and follow control them during the execution to manage KPI performance based on approved budget (10%)
• Analyze and cooperate with others Mall to make plan improve EC platform (Aeon Mall Plus) – Staff recommend (10%)
• Manage admin CMS (Manage all Malls ID, accounts, tenants, product categories…, by company level on EC platform) (10%)
• Support leader to prepare materials and train SC’s staff the most optimized Ecommerce practices through training/ sharing session or monthly DX meeting (10%)
• Handle administration tasks for team such as: e-doc system, partnership agreement, notification, appendix, payments, DOIT (if any) (10%)
• Generate visual, content of EC platform (design, copy writing…) (5%)
• Respond with customers comment for company level on EC platform (5%)
• Other duties as assigned (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Data Analysis.
• Have 1-2 years of work experience in related fields (Ecommerce/Retail/Marketing)
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good at learning skill, teamwork skill.
• Proficient at Excel, also similarly tool for making reports, data management and analysis.
• Have logical mindset, be careful and detail-oriented.
