JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Involve in developing AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary’s digital platforms. Take advantage of digital tools to reach and interact with online customers with the intent of generating traffic and sales based on the direction of Marketing team.
  • Work location: AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary – No. 01 Binh Duong Boulevard, Binh Giao Quarter, Thuan Giao Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong.
  • Working time: On average 5 days/week in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts/month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Executive.
  • Number of vacancies: 2.

WHAT YOU DO

Position 1: Social management

  • Plan and create social media content (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo) suitable for each platform and target customers. (20%)
  • Design images, banners, social posts according to brand guidelines, ensuring effective attraction and transmission of media content. (20%)
  • Make scripts and edit short videos (Reels, TikTok clips, etc.) up-to-date with ongoing trends to increase interactions. (20%)
  • Coordinate and supervise agencies to manage and improve the effectiveness of digital channels. (15%)
  • Cooperate with relevant departments and teams to ensure that communication strategy is synchronized with marketing campaigns. (10%)
  • Make periodical reports, propose solutions to improve digital platforms. (10%)
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisors. (5%)

Position 2: DX & Ecommerce management

  • Plan and implement activities to increase the number of AEONMALL Vietnam mobile application users. (20%)
  • Develop and manage digital transformation (DX) projects to enhance customer experience, optimize service and interaction processes (Points program, E-voucher, electronic screens, LCD, LED screens…). (20%)
  • Coordinate and supervise stores to manage and improve AMBD’s Ecommerce platform. (15%)
  • Monitor and analyze customer data, thereby making suggestions for improvements to improve operational efficiency. (10%)
  • Research and update new technology trends, ensuring the application of new innovative solutions in daily work. (10%)
  • Manage gift programs, be in charge of implementing paperwork and reporting according to regulations for promotional programs, carry out related documentation work. (15%)
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisors. (10%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Social, Digital Marketing, or related fields are required for Social position; No experience is required for DX & EC position.
  • Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
  • Good at Microsoft Office tools for reporting and planning tasks.
  • Can use photo editing tools (Canva/ Photoshop/ AI) and video editing tools (CapCut/ Premiere).
  • Have creativity, ability to convey messages effectively, and can keep up with new trends & technology.
  • Good at teamwork and coping with stress.
  • Willing to work in shift.
