JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Support Sales & Marketing Shopping Malls’ operations managing reports, assisting in meetings, coordinating training programs, contributing to promotions, tracking tenant changes, and handling paperwork.
- Work location: Ho Chi Minh Branch Office – 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Executive.
WHAT YOU DO
- To support all works related to Sales & Marketing of all Malls including: collecting reports, combining and preparing meeting contents based on Manager/Supervisor requests and guidelines to ensure smoothly operation;
- Contribute to Department target about training and SC’s contest such as Role play contest, Best Practice contest, New Staff Training, New Project events;
- Support new ideas to make General plan for big promotions and unify for All SCs follow;
- To keep track with Renovation/ Replacement of South Malls including changing tenants, replacement candidates, timeline for big tenants/groups…in order to submit timely report to Manager/Supervisor;
- Complete event paperwork/ competitor reports/ other tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration;
- No experience is required;
- Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
- Good at Microsoft Office tools for reporting and planning tasks.
