JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Carry out all tasks for smooth functioning and safe operation of the shopping mall by covering Facility, Security, and Infrastructure. Follow maintenance work to ensure that contracted service providers perform all contractual obligations.
- Work location: 6th floor, UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Manager.
WHAT YOU DO
- Daily manage team member task & evaluate quality of nominated contracted service provider to keep smooth operation as Facility – Security – Cleaning – Customer Service … Base on team member report & result of evaluation to re-deal / discuss again to tenant / service provider to adjust plan to adapt situation (20%)
- Manage yearly budget through daily / weekly / monthly plan to make sure all cost under control (10%)
- Training & improve team member through monthly report / review result of task to build up a team stronger together (10%)
- Monthly combine to other Dept to organize event or activation as Monthly Store Manager meeting- Shopping Center meeting / Cleaning Day / Training new tenant / Fire training …. (10%)
- Key member to coordinate & solve & negotiation for conflict or requirement from Landlord / Tenant / Service Provider / Authority to operate under law & under company target … in difficult case can discuss to Manager for finding solution & apply as soon as possible (10%)
- Coordinate to service provider – Landlord – Government to operation Mall under law & follow company target as guidance. (10%)
- Summary & report to Manager – General Manager – related department on time as requested & urgent case need to be update as soon as possible. (10%)
- Having experience on analyst to check & compare data to find out problem through data visualize or apply chart to making report as request. (10%)
- Other task as duties (10%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Facility Maintenance, Building Management, Supervisor of service supplier.
- Candidates with 3 – 5 years of experience in Building Operation experience is required.
- Have knowledge and experience on MEP & ARC is a plus.
- Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Having negotiation & communication skill.
- Having leader skill & listening skill.
- Willing to work in shift.
