JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Assist in planning of construction work. Provides relevant information and reports to immediate superior regularly. Close coordination with construction teams, sub-contractors, surveyors, consultants to ensure effective teamwork.
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 2nd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Deputy Manager/ Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- Undertake assigned tasks to build new shopping malls or renovate existing shopping malls (i.e. managing cost, schedule, design, quality…) within budget and schedule (30%);
- Coordinate closely with internal resources and third parties/vendors towards the project goals (25%);
- Follow up defect works, additional works, and coordinate with operation team and contractors to complete assigned works to ensure good operation of existing shopping malls (20%);
- Support other departments (i.e. Leasing, Operation…) with technical issues related to construction (building inspection, tenant handbook, other rules…) (15%);
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations (5%);
- Other duties assigned by supervisors (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Have 9 – 10 years working experiences in relevant fields.
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have good negotiation and persuading skills.
- Have teamwork spirit and effective task management skills.
- Be honest, careful, hardworking, and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
- Have leadership and coping with stress skills.
