JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Implement and check leasing documents to avoid mistakes that affect the company and to ensure Leasing Department’s compliance with company policies. Furthermore, understanding the retail market, doing surveys and studying brands and commercial center types are also necessary criteria in work.
  • Work location: Ho Chi Minh Branch Office – 15th Floor, LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
  • Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
  • Report to: Team leader.
WHAT YOU DO
  • Implement and check leasing documents to avoid mistakes that affect the company. (20%)
  • Handle admin tasks to ensure Leasing Department’s compliance with our company policies. (15%)
  • Collect and summarize tenants’ data related to leasing for the purpose of mall business’s evaluation. (15%)
  • Administer progress of signing leasing documents to ensure timeline. (15%)
  • Compile Tenancy Agreement conditions to provide reference data for Leasing Department and make reports as assigned. (10%)
  • Correspond to related departments to proceed with the assignment smoothly. (10%)
  • Survey and study about brands and commercial center models to understand the retail market. (5%)
  • Make reports as assigned accurately & timely. (5%)
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any field.
  • Have 1 – 2 years of working experience in Sales Admin, Administration, Coordinator or related fields.
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • Be careful with paperwork.
  • Good at Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Have teamwork spirit and be willing to learn.
