JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Plans, develops and implements marketing activities, events and digital campaigns according to shopping mall marketing strategy to drive MALL traffic and brand engagement.
  • Work location: 6th floor, UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang
  • Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
  • Report to: Deputy Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Plan and organize events and decoration to attract customers to shopping mall. Cooperate with Tenants, internal and external partners to run events smoothly and successfully (20%);
  2. Plan and manage Mall’s communication channels and tools to generate traffic and sales. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers (20%);
  3. Communicate and work closely with tenants to encourage maximum participants in marketing plan/activities (15%);
  4. Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of marketing activities and propose ideas for improvement (10%);
  5. Drive and manage the agencies/vendors efficiently to reach highest effectiveness of marketing campaigns (15%)
  6. Supervise, coach and motivate team members in performing their best to achieve company targets (10%)
  7. Prepare reports as supervisors’ requirements (5%)
  8. Other tasks as assigned (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any fields;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Event/ Digital, Communication or related fields. Having experience or knowledge in design and video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Good at spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
  • Good at Microsoft Office;
  • Have analyzing and customer focus mindset;
  • Have good teamwork and leadership skills and mindset;
  • Willing to work in shift.
