According to a survey, 54% of customers indicated they would choose Staff Recommend learning about products before making purchasing decisions.

Throughout the Staff Recommend Awards 2025, employees’ in-depth product knowledge can be leveraged to help customers easily access information and enhance their shopping experience. The details of the competition are as follows:

1. Duration: March 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly summaries)

2. Participants: All tenants operating in 7 shopping malls, including (AEON MALL Ha Dong, Hai Phong Le Chan, Binh Duong Canary, Binh Tan, Long Bien, Tan Phu Celadon, Hue) (after the SR platform is available).

3. Content: Participating stores at the shopping malls will post product introduction articles on the website https://staff.aeonmall-vietnam.com/ to attract customers to their products and enhance their shopping experience at the mall and on the AEON MALL PLUS e-commerce platform.

4. Detailed Program Regulations and Awards:

4.1 Program Regulations:

Tenants must post product introductions on https://staff.aeonmall-vietnam.com/ including:

  • Product introduction video (mandatory)
  • Product description (minimum 100 words)
  • Clear images showcasing the product
  • Links to e-commerce (if any) within the content
  • Minimum posting frequency: 5 articles/month
  • Reviews and links to products sold on AEON MALL PLUS will be considered a bonus.

4.2 Awards:

4.2.1 SC Awards:

  1. Monthly Award: 3 tenants with the highest number of posts each month for each mall.
  2. Yearly Award: 3 tenants with the highest number of posts each year for each mall.

4.2.2 MOD Awards:

Quarterly Award:

  • 1 tenant from the 7 malls with the highest number of posts in the quarter.
  • 1 tenant from the 7 malls participating in e-commerce with the most engaging post in the quarter, evaluated based on:
    1. Engagement (40%): Total interactions including likes, comments, views.
    2. Ratings (50%): Total score for Video/Image and Content from the organizing committee.
    3. Tenants participating in e-commerce with relevant product content and links on AMP: +10%.

Yearly Award:

  • 1 tenant from the 7 malls with the highest number of posts in the year.
  • 1 tenant from the 7 malls participating in e-commerce with the best content post, plus 3 encouragement awards for 3 tenants from the remaining 6 malls with outstanding posts (selected from the top quarterly articles), evaluated based on:
    1. Engagement (40%): Total interactions, likes, comments, shares, views.
    2. Ratings (50%): Total score for Video/Image and Content from the organizing committee.
    3. Tenants participating in e-commerce with relevant product content and links on AMP: +10%.

  • The organizing committee’s decision is final.
  • The committee reserves the right to cancel awards if fraud is detected during participation.
  • Results will be announced through the SC channel and awards will be presented at the store manager meeting.
