JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Perform administrative support, data entry, document arrangement, and track the execution of basic operational procedures. Focus on record keeping and supporting new mall opening projects in terms of documentation
  • Work location: HCM Head Office, 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3 Building, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
  • Report to: Senior Executive/Operation Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  • Subjectively participate in daily on-site inspections. Master operational basics through hands-on learning to ensure accurate inspections and routine checks (30%);
  • Collect weekly and monthly data (incidents, utilities, Sales /customer /bike/car figures) with high precision. Understand how numbers reflect field activities and submit high-quality reports to supervisors (20%);
  • Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure and regulations. Proactively share ideas for minor workflow improvements noticed during daily tasks (20%);
  • Handle administrative tasks such as RFA (Request for Approval), contract management, payments and support meeting preparations (10%);
  • Support on-site activities for new mall launches, events, or emergency responses (15%);
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to achieve organizational goals (5%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree, any fields;
  • Have over 1 year of experience in building operation management, including administrative support, document control;
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
  • Be careful with paperwork, have good teamwork spirit, and be willing to learn;
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills;
  • Good at Microsoft Office.
