JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: The Officer assists in executing digital transformation projects, supports system expansion to new malls, contributes to operational improvement initiatives, and coordinates project handover activities to ensure successful adoption by newly launched malls.
- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Team Leader
WHAT YOU DO
- Create and deploy digital plans following department yearly plan based on company business plan. (25%)
- Support SCs in execution new business initiatives and digital transformation projects. (20%)
- Coordinate and align with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive the successful implementation of projects and initiatives (20%)
- Collect, analyze, evaluate the data to support and improve digital plans deployment. (15%)
- Develop and propose initiatives to increase customer traffic, enhance customer loyalty, support tenant sales, and contribute to overall business growth and profitability. (10%)
- Other duties assigned by the supervisors. (10%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project implementation, business analysis, or system deployment.
- Basic coding knowledge and an understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and system integration would be an advantage.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in programming, automation, or low-code/no-code platforms will be given preference.
- Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
