JOB SUMMARY

• Main function: To manage and oversee facility operations, maintenance, fire safety, safety inspections, tenant facilities, fit-out and event works, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient shopping mall operations while coordinating with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and service providers to prevent and resolve incidents.
• Working location: Aeon Mall Long Bien office, 2nd FIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Hanoi
• Working time: On average 5 days/ week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts/ month), OFF days not fixed on weekends, and required to work on some public holidays.
• Report to: Deputy Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

1. Manage fire-fighting systems and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements and identify potential risks within the shopping mall. (20%)
2. Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to resolve incidents and technical issues related to tenants, equipment, and technical systems etc… (15%)
3. Follow up on assigned fit-out works, renovations, and event setup activities in the shopping mall, and report progress, schedules, and any relevant incidents to Management. (15%)
4. Introduce and enforce shopping mall operation procedures and regulations for tenants, suppliers, and vendors, and follow up on their implementation. (10%)
5. Regularly patrol the shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services are maintained in good condition and provide a safe and comfortable environment for customers. (10%)
6. Manage and supervise event setup and fit-out works in the shopping mall to ensure construction activities are carried out safely and no incidents occur during execution. (10%)
7. Manage and follow up on tenant facilities maintenance to ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained, safely operated, and free from incidents that may affect mall operations. (10%)
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. (10%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Having 2 – 5  years of experience in in managing facility maintenance, fire-fighting systems, safety inspections, and technical systems.
• Experience in supervising tenant fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and event setup works, with a strong focus on safety and risk control.
• Experience in a shopping mall or commercial building environment is preferred.
• Good communication in English & Vietnamese;
• Ability to work in team and analyze data;
• Willing to work in shift.
