JOB SUMMARY

  • Main function: Manage and optimize leasing activities to achieve financial and occupancy targets while ensuring the best tenant mix for the shopping mall. Be responsible for sourcing new tenants, preparing accurate leasing documents, analyzing mall performance, building strong tenant relationships and supporting pre-leasing as well as cross-departmental coordination for new mall openings.
  • Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
  • Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Report to: Deputy Manager/ Manager

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Understand well the company’s background and update the retail market in order to complete leasing work as per assignment and achieve budget, occupancy rate as well as company target (20%);
  2. Increase database by finding new tenants and new concepts for better selection to ensure best tenancy mix for the shopping mall and maximize business result of the mall after opening (20%);
  3. Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/ procedure/reports timely (20%);
  4. Understand tenants’ business by deep studying and analysis, actively build and maintain good relationship with tenants for better negotiation (15%);
  5. Analyze the performance and traffic of current malls regularly to propose improvement plan (10%);
  6. Support related teams with tasks relating to Leasing department and pre-leasing work to prepare for new mall opening and coordinate well with related department for problem solving when necessary (10%);
  7. Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Leasing, or Business Development (preferred).
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and team coordination.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and careful.
