JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: Support to conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities, prepare mall layouts, concept ideas and make proposals of building plans for new projects to get internal approval.
- Work location: AEONMALL Vietnam HCM Branch Office – 15F LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC.
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Report to: Executive.
WHAT YOU DO
- Collection and analysis of external data for our business: Gather and analyze external data necessary for potential projects, such as population, income, surrounding environment, lifestyle, etc. (30%)
- Collection and analysis of internal data for our business: Gather and analyze internal data necessary for development planning such as sales, rent, number of customers, etc. (30%)
- Get consultation from and coordinate with related departments to promote new projects. (10%)
- Review and report on the status of new projects. (10%)
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors. (20%)
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Market Research, Statistics, or other majors related to data handling.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Be careful and good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analyzing).
- Have good teamwork and planning & organizing skills.
