1. What is your favorite part about working for AEONMALL Vietnam?

As an introvert, many times I’m too afraid of failure. Then I remember the company slogan in 2017: “Growth mindset. Growth together”. I realize the failure is a must on my way to be “grown up”. Day by day, time by time, I gradually overcome my fear step by step. So, It’s great to work in the place that I can have a chance to “grow up”. And I am motivated by “AEON Code of Conduct” also. 

  1. What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?

Multitasking is always the most challenging to Admin position. To be an admin, I must learn everything from general to details, then give advice & support others. At the same time, I think it is also the most interesting of this job. For me, more knowledge, more open mindset. 

  1. What has been your favorite project at AEONMALL Vietnam since the beginning?

Expansion project in AEONMALL Celadon Tan Phu. We must running the old wing, create new operation in new wing, then transferring all to new wing completed in very few days is a challenge for me and all Celadon team. It’s a big challenge required many efforts. 

  1. What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?

I have gained a lot of knowledge & confident. I usually doubt my abilities and ask myself: “Can you do that?”, “Can you believe in yourself?”,… And finally I got my answer and I belive tomorrow I would be a better version of myself than yesterday. 

  1. What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?

Firstly, I want to work well with my team for improving & upgrade the operation procedures. 200 tenants is not easy for us to handle. I have several ideas to apply digital & technology in operation work, and increase everybody’s awareness of environment. I hope that it can be applied in the future. Last but not least, I am learning to become a good leader that can motivate my staffs.
