- What makes your team function successfully?
Every and each person in my team always work with supportive and respective spirit; therefore, we can successfully achieve our goals, and everyone always feels the workplace like home. Team-work culture is the key to our success.
- What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?
Ms. Tran Thi Hoa: I always bear in mind how to develop future leaders. To achieve the goal, we need to foster a culture of continuous learning. That is the reason why annually we strive to create good training program with convenient formats and engaging content for all employees.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong: The most challenging and interesting task of mine while working here is finding out how to attract and retain the top talents for our company. To attract the right individuals, we need to understand thoroughly the requirements of the job and the organization then spread the information right to the targeted. Moreover, among hundreds of candidates, we need to evaluate their qualifications accurately and focus on their fit with the job and our company’s culture.
- What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?
Ms. Tran Thi Hoa: For 3 years, I have gained not only experiences to build up my Human Resource Management expertise but also Japanese working style that I have been admired since my childhood.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Duong: AEONMALL Vietnam is the first Japanese company I have joined. Difficulties in the beginning is unavoidable, but thanks to the enthusiastic guidance and support from my managers and colleagues in terms of HR knowledge and working culture, I can complete all of my assigned tasks.
