Everyone in our team always creates a comfortable working environment where everybody can promote their strengths and work most effectively.
- What makes your team function successfully?
Our team member always helps each other to enhance specialized knowledge and improve skills in using accounting software, etc.… When issues come, we solve them by researching and communicating. Different team members contribute different perspectives. Every idea will always be listened. We can learn from mistakes and find the way to improve it. The synergy between team members can produce creative and productive results. One more thing, a reasonable regulation of work among members also makes it easier and faster to accomplish the goals.
- What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?
Ms. Pham Thi Linh Trang: The most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam is you always need to update knowledge about taxes and accounting so that you can complete all tasks with high accuracy.
Ms. Phan Thi Thu Thuy: The challenge I have experienced is that I always have new transactions, so there will be involved finance & accounting expertise to learn. I must study tax law to find out the best way to resolve new transactions.
- What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?
Ms. Pham Thi Linh Trang: Working at AEONMALL Vietnam helps me learn a lot of new things. I can enhance my knowledge in accounting and tax expertise as well as improve my skills.
Ms. Phan Thi Thu Thuy: I learn from my colleagues not only in work but also in life. Besides, I improve my skill and knowledge, I think they help me have positive attitude and enrich my experience of life. I am very happy working with many wonderful people here.
