He contributed during the preparation for opening period by giving proposal & setting up 2 new features in AEON MALL Ha Dong: installation of Payoo and cooperation with POS 365. He had done a great job and had great contribution during opening period of AEON MALL Ha Dong.

What is your favorite part about working for AEONMALL Vietnam?

I have worked at AEONMALL Vietnam for more than 5 years and I am accompanied with good supervisors, friendly colleagues and dynamic working environment which inspire me to work effectively.

What do you find the most challenging at AEONMALL Vietnam?

I think the most challenging thing is to overcome myself, always be ready to face and to solve challenges, problems.

What has been your favorite working results at AEONMALL Vietnam since the beginning?

I experienced 2 new malls opening periods: AEON MALL Long Bien and AEON MALL Ha Dong. Therefore, I had many memories with my colleagues and gain many experiences and knowledge.

What have you gained from working at AEONMALL Vietnam?

In 2019, I started to work with new assignment of admin tasks. This is my opportunity to improve myself to contribute more to AEONMALL Vietnam’s success and development.

What is on your wish list for the next 3 years with AEONMALL Vietnam?

I will continue trying my best to improve my knowledge, soft skills to adapt to the company’s expansion and development; and find out solutions to reduce the use of paper at office.
