Da Nang City, located in central Vietnam, merged with the former Da Nang City and the former Quang Nam Province on July 1, 2025, as part of an administrative restructuring, creating the new Da Nang City.
As a result of the merger, Da Nang City has become the largest centrally administered municipality in Vietnam with a population of over 3 million. It is not only the socio-economic center of central Vietnam, but also boasts a variety of tourist resources, including nature, culture, and sports, making it an attractive city for many domestic and international tourists.
The mall is located in the city center, approximately a five-minute drive from Da Nang International Airport, making it an ideal location to attract both local customers and tourists. Our company will lease the lower floors of a new mixed-use facility (comprising a four-star international hotel, offices, and apartments) being developed by the TTC Group and will open a store in this urban retail facility.
Approximately 45% of the specialty stores opening in the mall will be new to the city, and as a new symbol of the city, it will offer new value to local customers as well as domestic and international tourists.
