[431] New Business Strategy Officer Hot URGENT

• Main function: Responsible for managing digital transformation projects for shopping malls, developing digital platforms to optimize the company’s brand and customer experience.
• Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
• Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Report to: Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

• Create and deploy digital plans following the department’s yearly plan (25%);
• Support SCs in the execution of new business initiatives and digital transformation projects (20%);
• Negotiate with external vendors and partners to implement digital plans timely and effectively (20%);
• Collect, analyze, evaluate the data to support and improve digital plans deployment (15%);
• Provide ideas and plan for new business initiatives to maximize the company branding (10%);
• Other duties assigned by the supervisors (10%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Have 1- 3 years working experience in relevant fields: Project Management, Digital Marketing or Data Analysis is preferred;
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
• Sufficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Have ability in negotiation and planning;
• Can work in team well.
