[446] Marketing Officer (Event and Communication) Hot URGENT

JOB SUMMARY

• Main function: Responsible for coordinating with partners/vendors to ensure that events at the shopping mall run smoothly. Monitor communication tools to spread event information to customers.
• Work location: AEON MALL Ha Dong – Hoang Van Thu residential cluster, Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.
• Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
• Report to: Deputy Manager.

WHAT YOU DO

1. Coordinate with Mall tenants & External partner to organize event and provide new customer’s experience (25%);
2. Collaborate with agencies/ vendors to check all event detail such as design, activities, POSM, staff & etc. to make sure that marketing campaign will be run smoothly (20%);
3. Monitor marketing communication tools as Fanpage, Tiktok, Zalo, Website & Homepage to spread event’s information to customer (20%);
4. Evaluate events performance, report & provide improved ideas to leaders (15%);
5. Provide creative ideas for event & communication (10%);
6. Other tasks as assigned (10%).

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Bachelor’s degree, any major.
• Candidates have 1 – 2 years experiences in event/decoration agencies or related fields is an advantage.
• Having knowledge related to graphics, design, and proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Data analysis skills is a strong point.
• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have planning and organizing skill, have good teamwork spirit, coping with stress skill.
