JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: To coordinate and support the successful pre-opening and operational setup of new malls, ensuring that all planning, procedures, training, and systems are in place for a smooth and timely mall launch.
- Work location: Ho Chi Minh Branch Office – 15th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Report to: Manager
WHAT YOU DO
- To the specific project, in charge to do detail plan and strictly follow the “Pre-opening Preparation Manual” as project coordinator. Regularly review and update progress of each detail task, tightly manage and cooperate with new mall team and other parties to ensure smoothly and timely complete (30%);
- Involve in consultant and tightly following to support new Malls in early stage and spot works: Mall layout/design concept, construction drawings, facility management, operation budget plan, spot works such as Set up Temporary Office, Solar System Contract work, etc…. Do needed research and survey to promote suitable upcoming operation plan (20%);
- Involve in consultant and tightly following to support new Malls in Mall Operation set-up: Tenant rule book and Mall SOP, Office regulation and set-up, do Contractor assessment and advise the contract conditions for Daily Operating Services with AEON Delight, Power supply, other utilities and facilities…(15%);
- To be in charge of supporting new Mall during combat and opening period as TC management, Tenant fit-out monitoring, daily operation supervisor and consultant (15%);
- To be in charge of supporting new Mall staff enhance knowledge and ability on Mall operation by conduct and organize training and coaching. (10%);
- Support and following big events before new mall Opening as specific assignment. Support emergency case (5%);
- Other tasks as assigned (5%);
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree, any majors;
- Having 5-10 years of work experience in Property management or Project management. Having a mechanical and electrical background or building operations experience is an advantage;
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese;
- Honest, be careful and have teamwork spirit;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Be able to cope with conflict and handle problems;
- Be able to travel regularly for business to other provinces or countries, especially when there is a unique combat phase of two months before the project’s opening that requires the candidate to stay in the project to assist daily work.
