JOB SUMMARY
- Main function: To ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective operation of a shopping mall by coordinating with service providers, handling tenant and building owner relations, maintaining facilities and security standards, and overseeing operational procedures.
- Work location: 6th floor, UST Tower, 639 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Thanh Khe, Da Nang
- Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
- Report to: Manager/Team Leader.
WHAT YOU DO
- Monitor and assess the service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (service provider) and provide recommendations for quality enhancement and cost efficiency (10%);
- Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to address tenant-related incidents involving equipment and technical systems, such as water leaks, malfunctioning roller shutters, power outages, and other similar issues (10%);
- Present the shopping mall’s operational procedures and regulations to tenants, suppliers, and vendors, and ensure their proper implementation (10%);
- Maintain a strong relationship with the building owner to ensure timely monthly inspections, payments, and smooth operational arrangements (15%);
- Parking Fee management to make sure in / out cost in balance (10%);
- Follow all fit out works, renovation, event setting up in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (10%);
- Summarize facility and security data & make report as required from Management (10%);
- Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services providing to customers in good condition (10%);
- Coordinate with the building owner on situations that impact operations and effectively connect multiple parties to collaborate on solutions (10%);
- Other duties as assigned (5%).
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates with 1 – 2 years of experience in Building Management. Having additional certifications in safety, compliance, or property management are an advantage.
- Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Having negotiation & communication skill.
- Can be able to withstand high work pressure.
- Willing to work in shift.
